In this Holistic Wellness and Senior U partner program, you will learn that while getting chronologically older is inevitable, feeling old is not. Aging Young with Mariel Hemingway and Bobby Williams is a 5-week video course that shows you how to feel younger at any age, extend your healthspan, and make your future years really great ones. You'll be introduced to the “seven doctors” of wellness – Sun, Air, Water, Earth, Exercise, Nutrition, and Rest — and how to incorporate them into your daily life through easy-to-follow habits.
Cultural Cuisine

Join Mag (our Tai Chi & Qigong instructor) and his wife, Adriana from Madrid, Spain for healthy taste of paella, one of the best known national dishes of Spanish cuisine. There are many regional variations throughout Spain and this versions will include Calasparra rice (from Valencia), organic chicken, shrimp and some vegetables from the garden!

Join Community member Wendi and her wonderful 14 year old granddaughter, Zoe, in creating a fun button and bead collage. Add shells, acrylic paints or Posca dots to accent your work. If you have extra beads, shells or buttons, feel free to bring them. Creativity abounds!
Support Group For People Whose Partners Have Dementia

Join us for a gathering of a support group focused specifically for those who are assisting a loved one with Dementia. You must RSVP with Sarah Doerner to reserve your spot and receive the location. This meeting is capped at 12 people.

In this class you will learn the easy to follow steps in creating your own gorgeous pieces of jewelry using acrylic paint skins! Acrylic skins are essentially the dried paint that is left over from using acrylic paint.

In this class we will explore the swipe technique, which makes it simple to create a stunning piece of art with gorgeous cells using playing cards or paper towels as your tools. All materials will be provided.
