We are pleased to offer this studio apartment on the third floor of our Lillian Pratt Assisted Living building. It has a bay window and lovely view of the front campus and fountain.
Monthly rent is $5,230, (no buy in) plus one-time $5,000 community fee and level of care fee. This includes a full package of services and amenities designed to support comfort, safety, and well-being:
- Three delicious meals daily with attentive, waited dining service
- All utilities included, plus local phone, internet and basic cable
- Weekly housekeeping, bed linen and towel service provided
- Transportation to medical appointments (5 days/week) and weekly shopping trips
- Emergency alert system, front desk concierge and window coverings
- Personalized care services tailored to your needs—choose from medication administration, supervision, and other nursing support
- 24/7 on-site access to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs provides peace of mind for both residents and families
- Seamless access to our Care Center, should additional support become necessary
A Level of Care charge ($525–$4,125 monthly) is added based on individual needs, ensuring that care is as unique as each resident.
