The facility and campus are great, but it is the staff that really makes FTJ exceptional. The CNA’s, activity personnel and nurses treated my mom with kindness and compassion from the very beginning, and became her extended family in her new home. When I would visit, my mom always had a smile on her face, and would say “I really like it here!” The nursing staff was so thoughtful and competent in caring for my mom at the end of her life, and also extended support and empathy to me and my sister, which we greatly appreciated.
