All-Star Caregiver Of The Year Awards ~ Nominate Your Favorite Caregiver
Sometimes, a small action can acknowledge and honor the best of the best and help address the need of keeping the best of the best caregivers at FTJ. Here is one thing you can do: recognize the caregiver all-stars at FTJ. Nominate a caregiver for HCPC’s (Health Care Providers Council of Pierce County) All Star Caregiver of the Year Award to recognize his or her dedication in caring for our residents. A little recognition can go a long way in retaining our valuable staff.
The top caregiver winners will receive a $75 gift card, a free ticket to the award event and recognition in front of coworkers and fellow caregivers at the annual outdoor party honoring ALL the nominees. This event is scheduled for August 25th. Last year we had over 125 nominations from the various retirement communities and long term care communities in Pierce County, and I hope we can top that this year. The deadline to submit is July 29, 2022.
We know you are busy so we have streamlined the nomination process. Simply tell us a story about WHY this person deserves to be recognized. Click here for details and to get to the downloadable nomination form. A resident, resident family member or staff member who knows the caregiver can fill out the form. FTJ Senior Team and Clinical Staff can nominate a CNA too. Help us to retain the best staff during this workforce challenge by recognizing our wonderful clinical team members!
Nomination forms will also be available at the FTJ Care Center and the Lillian Pratt receptionists’ desks.
