Join Us for an In-Depth Look at Parkside View
You’re invited to a special presentation with the Franke Tobey Jones team, along with the project developer and architect, to learn more about the upcoming Parkside View addition. These informational sessions will provide a detailed overview of the project, including location highlights, apartment floor plans, community amenities and preliminary pricing.

The first of three thoughtfully planned phases will introduce 59 new luxury independent living apartments, designed in a style similar to our popular Bristol View residences. This phase will also feature exciting new amenities, including expanded wellness and fitness areas, new dining venues and a welcoming bistro/bar.
Many of the new residences will offer stunning views of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier and our beautifully landscaped 20-acre campus.
Construction is projected to begin in 2027.
