We’re excited to share early details about our upcoming expansion—Parkside View.  Fifty-nine beautifully designed apartments are complemented by new dining venues, a welcoming bar, spa/salon and new wellness and fitness spaces. Many homes will offer stunning views of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier, our surrounding gardens and Point Defiance Park. Construction is expected to begin in 2027. 

Preliminary Pricing 
Entrance fees for these new homes will range from $200,000 to $2+ million. 

How to Join the Parkside View Priority List 
To reserve your place, submit your $2,000 deposit either by credit card or with a check by clicking here. Deposits will be time-stamped when received and will determine your place on the Priority List. 

At a later date, those at the top of the Priority List will have the first opportunity to select their preferred residence by placing a 10% entrance fee deposit.
