We are pleased to announce a rare opening in our Skilled Nursing Care Center, designed to provide exceptional care in a warm, home-like environment.
Our private-pay Care Center offers a unique combination of privacy, comfort, and thoughtful design:
- Private Rooms with Full Bathrooms: Nearly all of our Skilled Nursing rooms are private, each featuring a full, private bathroom for added comfort, dignity and convenience.
- Secure, In-Room Medicine Cabinets: To maintain a calm and homelike atmosphere, each room includes a locking medicine cabinet — meaning you won’t see medication carts lining the hallways.
- Suite-Style Clusters: Rooms are thoughtfully grouped into cozy "suites," creating a more intimate setting that offers privacy for residents and their families.

No prior residency at Franke Tobey Jones is required.
Rates start at $500 per day, plus a $5,000 Community Fee per person. Includes:
- Three delicious meals a day are served in private dining rooms supervised by licensed nursing staff.
- Weekly housekeeping - Bed linens and towels are laundered and supplied weekly. Laundry room is available for personal use.
- Transportation to medical appointments five days a week.
- Utilities include cable, internet and local phone service.
- Activity Program - We seek to meet all types of leisure needs; physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and social. Above all, we strive to bring meaning and purpose, along with care and compassion, into the lives of our residents.
- Special Programs include individualized restorative nursing program.
- Contracted hospice service
- Contracted Physical Therapist on duty five days per week
- Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy available on an as needed basis
