Craft: Halloween Mask

Thursday the 24th @ 10:30am

Join our new craft instructor Teresa, in making masks for the Halloween party. Make one for yourself and another to be made available to other participants at the Halloween party on the 31st. We will have various shapes and styles of masks that can be embellished with fun stuff like feathers, sequins and glitter paints.

 

20 Minute Stretch Class

Wednesdays at 12:35pm

Spend just 20 minutes a week with Kathy E to gain flexibility in your joints by doing a few minutes of active stretching.  

 

Halloween Costume Party

Thursday, October 31st at 10:00am

Come dressed in a fun costume for a chance to win prizes. There will be live music by the Puget Sounds band with a dance instructor so everyone can learn some cool new dance moves.

Monday the 4th of November

Please register online or on the kiosk in the reception area. Space is limited to 7 people on this date so sign up early to get your paperwork processed and insurance verified.

 

Workshop: Nutrition

We are also working on getting Washington State University to come and present a series of classes on nutrition. Please sign up early as well will need a minimum of 22 persons for them to commit to the 6 weeks of classes. See Wendy or Ashley for more details. Flyers will be made available soon as well.
