At Franke Tobey Jones, Making Every Day Meaningful isn’t just a motto…it’s a promise. A promise to our residents, our team members and ourselves to show up each day with purpose, compassion and excellence.
That’s why we created the Making a Difference Recognition Program - to celebrate those team members who bring that promise to life every day. Whether they’re nurturing the sense of home our residents treasure, supporting their fellow team members or growing in their own personal and professional journey, these individuals make a lasting and meaningful impact on our community.
Throughout the year, residents, families, volunteers and staff nominate team members whose Making A Difference actions stood out. Each quarter these team members are recognized throughout the community.
From that growing list of extraordinary team members, three employees received the highest number of nominations in 2024: (in alpha order)

Each of these exceptional individuals exemplifies what it means to serve with purpose and lead with kindness. They uplift those around them and remind us all why our work matters.
And now, we are thrilled to announce that Patricia Moore has been named the recipient of the 2024 Tobey Award of Excellence, our most prestigious honor!
Patricia is the heart and soul of our Skilled Nursing activities team. With boundless creativity, deep empathy and a gift for turning ordinary days into extraordinary experiences, she brings light and laughter to the lives of our residents. Her unwavering dedication, warmth and ability to make everyone feel seen and valued have not only earned her this well-deserved recognition, they’ve made her beloved by all who know her.
